Constitution

Do we have a Constitution ?

A good question, where is our Constitution, I have never seen the Australian Constitution.
Talking to a friend who has been to the United States,  he said all Americans have access to there Constitution.
I believe it should be accessible to every Australian Citizen, it should be in every Library, and taught in ever school.

What does the Australian Government have to hide, is there some thing in the Constitution they don't want Australians Citizens to know, how can they make or change laws when we don't know what the Constitution stand for. 

I might be a little Vindictive of..........

If my blog are invidious of the Labor Party, I have good reason, this goes back to when i was in Business for 25 years, they help't to destroy me,  one of their previous prime Ministers, Paul Keating said, the recession we have to have, yes i believe he bought on the recession,  my interest went to 22% many small business's went into receivership I went into voluntary liquidation, some small businessmen committed suicide. 

I see them going down the same track now, with Julia Gillard at the helm, I dont trust them to lead us to prosperity.

THE AUSTRALIAN LABOR PARTY

* They got them-selves into a mess, and it still continues with Julia at the helm.
* firstly Kevin Rudd was elected by the people.
* He lost his Popularity only with his party members. (Was Kevin a little bully and Dictator) is this why he lost touch with his Party.  I believe this got up there nose.
* Julia Gillard with her faceless Clan stabbed Kevin in the back, she has no integrity, is she a liar? you be the judge
* Kevin lost popular with his Party but he still had the Australian People behind him, what is more important, the Labor Party Members or the Australian People.
The only way they will come back with any integrity, is to sack Julia before the next election, the POISON set in when Julia Gillard stabbed Kevin in the back, the Party has no hope of winning the next election with Julia at the top, or even having a portfolio in the party.
Julia Gillard is she a Dictator?, it is all about her, and JG thinks she is untouchable, but time will tell, the people will decide in the future not Julia Gillard or the party members.
She would not have a hope in hell of winning the next Election, because what she did by overriding the people’s decision when Kevin was elected. I believe the Labor Party would not win the next election with Julia Gillard as there leader.

So my advice to you Julia stay there as the Labor leader until after the election.
